1. Where is your office located?

We have offices in Accra and on site (Tema)
2. What is the distance from the airport to the estate?

Thirty (30) kilometres from Kotoka International Airport.
3. What is the proximity of the estate to social amenities?

Approximately One(1) kilometre from the gated community.
4. Do you have properties in different locations especially in Accra?

Yes, we'll be launching soon.
5. What types of properties do you have.

1 bedroom, 2 bedroom,3 bedroom and 4 bedroom houses, duplex, terraced houses, and apartments.
6. What payment terms are available?

We have various modes of payment such as self-financing, flexible installments, and mortgages from reputable institutions.
7. Are there any other charges aside the management fee?

Like any property there are service charges for the maintenance of the properties and communal areas.
8. Who takes care of property management, what is involved in the property management and how much is the fee for that?

There is a Property Management company.

9. How tight is the security in the estate?

The estate is a gated community and there are security personnel at all entrances. Security of the residents is taken seriously at The Greens.
10. Do the properties come furnished?

Properties come fitted with wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, gas cookers and extractors and full furniture can be arranged at a competitive price.
11. Do you have amenities in the community?

Yes, Gym, swimming pool, multipurpose court, and a roof top bar.
12. What is the rental income of the various properties?

Gross Rental income varies on the type of property but on average a 3 bedroom can go for USD 1000.00 per month
13. Should a buyer be worried about the quality we offer?

We offer high quality specs, and these can be seen when you visit.
14. What is the current lease on your properties?

Fifty years, renewable for another twenty-five on expiration.
15. What are your land sizes?

Total development is on 7.2acres and individual houses stand on varied sizes between 14mx14m ,17m x 14m, 9m x 16m

Yes we have ready properties and off-plan properties
