    Thirty (30) kilometres from Kotoka International Airport.

    Approximately One(1) kilometre from the gated community.

    We have various modes of payment such as self-financing, flexible installments, and mortgages from reputable institutions.

    Like any property there are service charges for the maintenance of the properties and communal areas.

    There is a Property Management company.

    Gross Rental income varies on the type of property but on average a 3 bedroom can go for USD 1000.00 per month
