To ensure a smooth mortgage application process, we kindly request the following documentation:

1. Proof of Income: Please provide recent pay stubs or salary statements for all applicants. If you are self-employed, we will need your tax returns and any relevant financial statements.

3. Employment Verification: If you are a permanent employee, please provide a letter from your employer stating your position, length of employment, and salary. For self-employed individuals, we require proof of business ownership or registration.

5. Proof of Assets: Provide bank statements for the past three to six months, including all checking, savings, and investment accounts. This will help us assess your financial stability.

7. Credit History: Credit History should be on hold per bank request.

9. Property Information: If you have already identified a property, please provide the name and number of bedrooms.
